Although a few symptoms do overlap between different infections, these are the most common symptoms for Bartonella resourced from experts on Lyme and co-infections.

I am listing the top symptoms first as these are very specific to Bartonella.
1. Pain in soles of feet, shin bones as well
2. Musculoskeletal pain (arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bone pain, joint hypermobility, muscle weakness, muscle twitching (dominant characteristic of Bartonella)(often sharp and severe)
3. Psychiatric issues (depression, anxiety, panic attacks, agitation, mood swings, suicidal thoughts or ideation, rage, low stress tolerance, OCD, hallucinations, disconnection/dissociation)
4. Swollen lymph nodes
5. Stretch mark like rash called straie.
6. Headaches and ice pick-like pain (occipital areas of the head; the back of the head and neck are generally painful)
7. Urogenital problems (Irritable bladder , IC, kidney disease, pelvic pain, and infertility)
Other Common symptoms associated with Bartonella:
Anemia, low platelets (thrombocytopenia)
Cognitive impairment
Cough (Unexplained)
Dysautonomia/POTS (more common in Babesia)
Eye issues (blurred vision, irritated, dry red eyes etc)
Fatigue (can be severe)
Fevers (Low grade)
Gastritis (most cases of gastritis that aren’t caused by Helicobacter pylori infections are caused by Bartonella)
Insomnia
Intestinal function impaired(Loose stools, constipation, Nausea)
Liver and spleen inflammation (thick blood, elevated liver enzymes, enlarged liver and spleen (hepatosplenomegaly, pain under the ribcage)
Neuropathy-peripheral (numbness, tingling in hands, feet)
Seizures
Sore throat. (periodically awaken with sore throats that go away quickly)
Teeth and jaw ( Demineralization, causing chronic face and neck pain, transient tooth pain)(bartonella infections are associated with higher rates of root canals (due to compromise of small vessels supplying the tooth).
Tremors
Vascular system issues such as infection of cells lining the heart (endocarditis), leading to chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, and, in some cases, damage to heart valves)
Vertigo (balance issues)
