ACID REFLUX - POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Acid reflux can often be associated with SIBO, Histamine Intolerance or Dysbiosis. Your diet and lifestyle choices can make things worse or better. Some medications can be the cause as well. So many things can be done to help prevent and improve this symptom. There are many products I've learned about, or tried myself, that have some of these remedies included. GI RELIEF is one of my favorites. (It has 4 of these in it)

Alkaline foods

Here are a few additional popular suggestions BUT I have chosen to keep them separate as some of these can make heartburn worse in some people. Some of these aren't tolerated due to histamine intolerance. I personally feel ginger and peppermint make heartburn worse for me.

This is also a common symptom of bartonella since it prefers endothelial tissue.
