Head pressure, head pain, ice pick pain and migraines are extremely common in these diseases. The causes can definitely vary. One day it could be POTS induced and the next a Babesia flare and so on. I have found sometimes trying a few different things is necessary.
Solutions are in random order except Burbur Pinella is definitely mentioned the most. I have experience with most of these.
This was my very worst symptom at my sickest. Even worse than seizures for me. I would go days without seeing my children because of this symptom. I deeply understand.
Remember to detox as herxing increases this symptom.
My favorite article to help understand the varied experiences I had with head issues. I have both Bartonella and Babesia so I am very familiar with how he describes the different sensations below.
"Bartonella can also cause headaches and ice pick-like pain. Both Babesia and Bartonella cause headaches, but Bartonella headaches are worse. A Babesia headache produces more weird sensations in the head and pressure in the head. People with active Babesia infections will say, “I don’t know if I’d really call what I have a headache. It’s more like a pressure in the head.” Babesia can cause migraines as can Bartonella, but Babesia migraines are generally less severe. Bartonella prefers the occipital areas of the head; the back of the head and neck are generally painful."

Alka Seltzer gold is discontinued and I had this recommended by a Lyme literate doctor as the replacement. Works great.
Whenever I had head pain return he often had me add this alongside Burbur Pinella
These were recommended by a Lyme doctor and have heard so many good comments from members on using it with success.
