Other than dietary changes, I have 3 remedies that always worked well for me. One of my favorites is Thorne GI Relief (formally Encaps), Sunfiber and Saccharomyces boulardii. The Thorne product can be taken same time as antibiotics per my LLND. Calms nausea, stomach upset and diarrhea. Here are some great resources below.
