HEAD PAIN AND MIGRAINES EDUCATION
Head pressure, head pain, ice pick pain and migraines are some of the most common struggles with Lyme and co-infections. At my sickest, head pain was my very worst symptom, even worse than my seizures. There were days I couldn't see my children because of it, so I truly understand. What was behind it could change from day to day: one day it was POTS, the next a Babesia flare. This post explains why head pain and migraines can happen with Lyme and co-infections, what makes a m

LUTEOLIN
I was taking luteolin in a different combination product as part of my protocol. At those lower doses, I honestly felt it did nothing for me. When I added Find Relief, I definitely noticed a difference. That made me want to dig into what the research says about this little plant compound. VITAMIN C FOR MCAS - HISTAMINE ISSUES
Because many sources of vitamin C can actually raise your histamine levels, you want to avoid certain forms of vitamin C. You also need to pick according to your sensitivity to oxalates. I happen to deal with both, so I am doing this project to help guide others and myself. Reading through long articles to get to the main recommendations takes time, and I'm here to save you time. MAST CELL / MCAS EDUCATION
Mast cell activation (MCAS) comes up in our Lyme groups all the time, and the same questions follow. What is it? What are the signs? How do doctors decide if someone has it? Is it connected to Lyme? Doctors do not all agree on the answers, so I pulled together the basics from the MCAS specialists and Lyme organizations I trust. Always take your own questions to your doctor. HISTAMINE INTOLERANCE EDUCATION
Histamine intolerance and MCAS come up together in our groups all the time, and they are easy to mix up. They are related, but doctors describe them in different ways, so each one has its own post. This post is about histamine intolerance and how it compares with MCAS. Doctors do not all agree on the details, so here is what the doctors and research I trust say. Always take your own questions to your doctor. Short on time or energy? A quick-view graphic with the key points is

FOOT PAIN
We often think of Bartonella when it comes to pain in the feet, but there can be other causes too. Plenty of us are menopausal, too. Did you know that menopause symptoms can include foot pain and eyes that feel weird (dry), due to changing estrogen levels? I used to get a lot of relief using peppermint essential oil on the bottoms of my feet. With treatment, this symptom went away. It came back in menopause for different reasons. MAST CELL / MCAS POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Triggers and symptoms vary greatly from person to person, so I gathered the ideas that come up most often for mast cell issues. I've linked my posts under each idea so you can learn more. I'm also so excited to share a newer option: Find Relief was created by my amazing doctor, Dr. Thoring, to support the body's natural immune, histamine and inflammatory balance. https://www.vitalharmonynutritionals.com/ Short on time or energy?
