I have used this a lot because of IC etc.
Magnesium Ascorbate is a buffered, non-acidic form of vitamin C (pH of 7.0), which is generally gentler to the stomach than ascorbic acid
This seems to be my doctor's favorite for liposomal. I personally forget to take it when stored in the fridge.
