PROBIOTICS FOR HISTAMINE ISSUES

This is my absolute go-to. Works amazing and I highly recommend if you are sensitive to probiotics and have histamine issues. Since I struggled with SIBO off and on, this was super helpful.


During my last appointment, my LLND said it was time to rotate my probiotic. I was super excited to try this one to further help histamine issues. He really talked it up.  Not sure if it's new or I just never knew of it. It has MAJORLY helped. I will also add this to the histamine intolerance post. It's 26 dollars on fullscript. Quite a bit higher when I shopped elsewhere. If you take this, please share your experience with us.
