ALKALINE DIET

You can easily and accurately test the pH levels of your body at home. This test will tell you how acidic or alkaline your tissues and fluids are.

This acid/alkaline balance affects all aspects of your overall well-being.

We read the pH level at which your body works best is around 7.4. We are putting many articles below. I am using test strips 30 for 5 bucks plus using products to correct.

When you have a more alkaline environment your body is able to function at optimal levels. Alkalinity can aid in the reduction of inflammation and also mitigate chronic conditions like Lyme disease.

Acid is naturally inflammatory and it can irritate the delicate tissues and organs of your body.

MILD ACIDOSIS CAN CAUSE:

Bladder and kidney conditions, including kidney stones;

Immune deficiency;

Joint pain, aching muscles and lactic acid buildup;

Low energy and chronic fatigue*

—Eating more of a Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) diet puts your body into an Alkaline state.

Switching your body from an Acidic state to an Alkaline state takes time as you are changing your gut’s micro biome bacteria. The more you eat whole food plant based foods, the more you are changing over the gut’s bacteria. You can gradually increase your consumption of WFPB items, or do more of a total switch, but don’t be surprised then if during the first few months you are a little gassier as you stomach microbiome is beginning to change over.
