Personal experience:

When I had Covid, my LLND guided me on tips that really helped me.

General recommendations for supplements - 

  • Quercetin 2 caps 3x/day

  • Black Cumin Seed Oil 2 caps 3x/day

  • Viracon, Vira shield, Viracid, Virathera

  • Zinc 15-30mg 1-2x/day

  • Olive Leaf 2 caps 2-3x/day

  • Vitamin A (25,000) 2x/day, x1wk

**Note: this was on top of my protocol that included NAC and Glutathione in higher doses and upping Vitamin C
