General recommendations for supplements -
Quercetin 2 caps 3x/day
Black Cumin Seed Oil 2 caps 3x/day
Viracon, Vira shield, Viracid, Virathera
Zinc 15-30mg 1-2x/day
Olive Leaf 2 caps 2-3x/day
Vitamin A (25,000) 2x/day, x1wk
**Note: this was on top of my protocol that included NAC and Glutathione in higher doses and upping Vitamin C
