Welcome to the Rise Above Lyme directory!

This is the most detailed Lyme directory in the community today. I created it, and it took years of work to bring it to you. It has over 500 topics, and it's always being updated and improved.

-The easiest way to find what you need is the search bar.

-Tap the search bar at the top of the site.

-Type one word, like a symptom, a supplement or a treatment (for example "nausea," "binders" or "POTS").

-Press enter, and most topics will pop up.

Searching also finds things that aren't listed in the letter lists below, so it's always worth a try. If your first word doesn't bring up what you want, try a different one. "Fatigue" and "tired" can give you different results.
