MAQUI BERRY
I openly admit I found this on my own and dug in deep as I love food as medicine. I figure why not add some of my research here. I will get my doctor's opinion and add what he says tomorrow. (Update: he says it is amazing and I should keep taking daily) I did find it mentioned in a slide show for a presentation from a known lyme doctor while I was researching. But I couldn't figure out how to include that.
Would love to see who else uses it? I bought the best organic freeze dried I could find online. It turns my tongue purple and my husband calls me a giraffe after eating it. You can mix into smoothies or whatever. I probably shouldn't use honey all the time but I added 1 teaspoon to a tiny bit of honey and put in freezer for 2 hours then ate because it reminded me of chewy taffy plus more drama on my tongue color. Lol
Beautiful purple color powder.
