GOING OUT FOR WORK OR PLAY OR TRAVEL?

I commented with this on another post but felt maybe I should just make it a post. Just in case others struggle with how to be prepared for anything when away from the comforts of home.

(I use Sistema salad dressing containers for most travel pills)

1. I keep my regular binders with me AND a just in case dose of activated charcoal to add if needed

2. 2 packets of Alka seltzer gold

3. I keep my regular protocol breakfast and lunch supplements with me which includes energy stuff.

4. I keep quality electrolytes with me at all times.

5. CBD gummy or tincture

6. L-THEANINE for times of anxiety

7. Green powder for nutritional support or a protein shake that is ready to drink.

8. Sometimes a maple candy if I suspect my blood sugar is low (or I want something sweet)

I clearly need a bigger purse. I know it may be overkill, but it works for my personality. I do better being armed with anything I may need than to panick because I don't have a solution on hand. I hope this helps some of you.
