"A great site by a fellow lymie"
"Her aim is to have recipes that are simple and have no more than 10 ingredients - many have less. Many of her recipes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined-sugar free though not all are without sugar."
"Most of the recipes listed are lyme-friendly. They are all gluten-free, almost all of them are dairy-free, sugar-free, egg free, nut free, etc. "

My soup idea:
I love making soups . I use the crockpot and make a lot to cover several types of meals . I use broth base with herbs and garlic. I add veggies I have on hand and cook 6 to 8 hours. You can throw in meat of choice and shred an hour before serving. When I do vegetable soup, I puree the leftover and use as a healthy base for chili by adding additional seasoning and beans or ground beef/Turkey. Or I use the base and cook chicken in it the next day plus seasoning to change to an enchilada soup. Add whatever you like to the healthy base. You can store single servings in mason jars in freezer. Top with avocado or whatever.
