We were asked by members to do a HHV6 post as well as cover EBV. Lyme can reactivate old viruses such as EBV and HHV6.
HHV6: The problem is almost everyone has it living in their bodies. Most of us have a dormant virus and it will show up on standard testing. This gives people the misimpression that they might actually have an active infection when they don't. I was told it is best to get IFA testing to see if any antibody show up that might indicate an active infection. We have a seperate post on EBV testing (link below)
General information:
"Reactivation of viral and bacterial infections is another potential cause of Long COVID. Common reactivated pathogens include Epstein Barr virus (EBV), Lyme disease, herpes virus, and mycoplasma."

HHV6: ("The relevant question when testing for HHV-6 antibodies is not whether you have them, but rather, are they unusually elevated on an IFA test? Unfortunately, may laboratories just use the less expensive ELISA test that was only designed to answer the question of whether the antibodies exist (so fairly useless for HHV-6 testing)."
